Brought my puppy, Toby, here for the first time. I love this place, its very clean n has friendly staff. My dog was very comfortable and not scared at all. Thank you Cyrus for your patience and the beautiful hair cut. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Just picked up Xiaobai after a bath, brushing, nail clipping and ear cleaning. Very nice spa. Staff are great and the work was done quickly and professionally. As for the price, they quoted me the price and charged exactly what they quoted when completed. I will return for sure. Highly recommend them.
Just a quick follow up to the review I left last year. Since our last visit in July, Rocklyn was diagnosed with diabetes. I was pretty nervous taking her to Fluffy Spa mostly because it meant she wouldn’t be wearing her glucose sensor and her insulin dose was still being determined so I had no idea how she was feeling. I was immediately put at ease checking in at Fluffy Spa. First, Rock was really happy to be there, she started wagging as soon as we walked in and couldn’t wait for the gate to be opened so she could go in. They had other diabetic clients so they were thrilled she wasn’t wearing her sensor and they knew the signs if she was having a problem. I explained she was matted because she was excreting sugar in her bodily fluids which made her fur sticky. I told them she had a really rough couple of months with all the testing she had to go thru so instead of struggling to comb her out they should just shave her. It was no problem, and I knew I could trust that they would call me if she became ill. They had her ready exactly when they said she would be ready and she looked perfect, they did a great job blending the cut with all the shaved spots she had over the last 2 months and her face was perfect. I’m hoping the next 6 weeks her insulin level is determined and she won’t be excreting sugar any more so she won’t be as matted. Many, many thanks to Fluffy Spa for a great job but more importantly it’s a place I feel safe in leaving Rocklyn while she has her day of beauty.
First time using Fluffy Spa and picked up a happy, relaxed and good looking doggy! They followed instructions perfectly as we are trying to grow out his top bun :) many thanks and see you at the next appointment!
After being refused service at a previous groomer, we tried fluffy as our last resort before traveling outside of our neighborhood for our grooming needs. We have an American Bully and the other spa just straight up said they wouldn't accept her as a client. Ok, no big deal, no money for you. Fluffy was happy to have us, and they had no issues with grooming our girl. They handled her properly without any fuss. We had an issue with her nails splintering and they fixed it with a Dremel no questions asked. Very professional staff, clean and friendly! We will be returning to fluffy from now on!

I brought my dog in for a full bath. The staff were friendly and professional. As per the staff's recommendation, I chose the de-shedding shampoo option to get out all the loose hair stuck in her (she's a husky). My dog came out clean, loose hairs all gone and her coat smooth. The staff were able to get out some wax stuck in her left ear that the vet couldn't clean out. I requested a butt trim if she needed one, but the staff checked and said she isn't due for one yet, so they saved me some money where possible. My dog went in scared but came out happy! She is normally very irritable after a grooming appointment due to her hatred for blow dryers, but I guess she enjoyed the drying machine here! Would highly recommend this place!

After looking long and hard for a new groomer, I can finally end my search. Wynne and the staff are fantastic. They reassure you that your pet will be cared for, and leave looking super cute!
