Very nice place to just chill and have a great time with friends after a long day! The food and drinks are amazing! Staff are very friendly, and they bring out your order on time! The best DJ is in CYAN! Music sounds so good that you just want to get up and dance. Keep up the good work guys!!!!
This was my friends first trip to Toronto and CYAN is the perfect restaurant to experience true Middle Eastern food . It is never a let down! The staff are so friendly, helpful yet very professional. The food is to die for, and its so much. Make sure you have a good appetite -I can recommend the chicken schnitzel, absolutely scrumptious. The DJ is very entertaining and added to the Middle Eastern feel. Try to make reservations ahead as this place is pretty busy specially during the weekends. Congratulations CYAN - amazing yet again!
Food is great and you will get service in 3 seconds by call button on each table.There are couches as lounge for larger groups. They also have hooka which makes it a middle Eastern environment but you can see all nationalities from Russian and Chinese to Canadians.
After a long tiring day we had, we needed to relax so we decided to drive almost 40 KM to CYAN. Unfortunately we were welcomed by a very rude and disrespectful attitude from the the staff and the manager. Once we asked to speak to the manager, he refused to talk to us and asked the waitress to let us go and kept refusing to speak to us. He should have some decency to come talk to the customers as a manager, instead he is doing a great job at pushing people away from the business.We have never been asked to show IDs at this cafe but unfortunately just because we looked very tired and not wearing all fancy, we were asked to show IDs and were treated rudely and disrespectfully.We, our family and friends have been coming to this location for a long time and day by day the service and staff are getting worse and worse. No wonder why, if the manager is as rude and careless as the staff.It is a shame that such a business does not care enough about its reputation.....
Spent a wonderful evening at cyan. Food was absolutely superb and the best beef skewers were simple delicious. Their food is delivered by the chef himself and he comes out to be sure you're satisfied with your food. Brilliant service by Eylem, ensured that we had our order delivered correctly and was delivered on a quick turn around. They had an amazing DJ which made the evening even better! we will definitely be coming back wearing the right shoes to dance this time!!
