Great decor. Delicious Food but unfortunately very poorly managed. Terrible customer service. The girl who's always there wearing black never smiles. She looks like she hates her job. Very slow service. It's unfortunate because it's a nice cozy little place and I'd be a regular if they didn't try to cheat you when you pay. They don't issue a receipt and charge tax and overcharge for items you didn't even order.
WORST SERVICE combined with regular errors in bills!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLCE! If you're going make sure you ask for the bill and check it before paying!they even try to fool you when it comes to splitting bills. Have your calculator ready!!!And be ready to get ripped off!!For all these great services they add 10%tip by themselves to your bill and name it GRATUITY and their machine asks you to add the tip again!!!
The environment was really good but their service was awful! No one showed up to take our order for half an hour and when Saghar showed up she was so in rush that didnt even take our order properly! Super lousy service! We have been here before and it was great service but this time was not a good experience at all!
I gave Behesht 5 star a year a go and I said : Nice and cozy place with good food. Specially when not as croweded as usual. Specially if you enjoy smokin a little shisha" but now I changed it to 2 star as I was there 2 nights before and I think the service quality has definitely declined. I brought a bd cake and they took it to put in the fridge to serve later, my plan changed and didn't eat it. Then while leaving I saw the cake was still on the table at the cash and no one cared to put it in the fridge. They also insisted that it was in the fridge all the time which I didn't believe. Air quality was very bad and we had to step out a couple of times to get fresh air. And when we complained to the manager he was more denying less apologising. Will not got back a gain
One of the most amazing traditional decors. Loved it. I liked the atmosphere very much. Hookah is good and staff are friendly and nice. It was very good experience for me. Thank you.
