Sandy is so attentive and is detailed oriented. She makes sure every step is done properly. I showed her a picture of what I want, and she made it even better with add ons. I love my new set of Christmas nails!
They had the wrong price for a manicure on their website. online it said $20, in store they have the prices on the wall, they put a small sticker on the wall to raise the price which was raised to $25 however they didn't change the price on the website then tried to give me a hard time when I mentioned it to them. reluctantly she let me pay the online price. but what I really dint't like, is the way they force people into services they are interested in. I witnessed them trying to force an elderly lady into a pedicure which she said fine to but then asked her upwards of 10 times if she wanted polish, she kept saying no however they kept trying to force it on her. I am assuming this was the owner who was doing all of this. not professional. the manicure was just ok, absolutely nothing special and certainly not worth more than $20. I did notice when I went online later that evening, they finally changed the price. Also noticed a lady coming in complaining about her gel polish she had done a week prior which started to chip. they kept trying to blame her saying it was hair dye, she said I don't dye my hair, as you can see it is grey. I would not visit this salon again and advise others to do the same. was just called by the store owner, asking me why I wrote a negative review, harassing me on the phone and trying to tell me that regular nail polish can chip after 3 hours, absolutely ridiculous and wrong, if applied properly and with good quality products, it should not chip that quickly. either way, disgusting treatment from this nail salon. calling to harass a customer.
Sunny Nails is meticulously and Sandy pays such attention to detail. The ladies are cheerful, pleasant and professional. I’m not for fancy design gal but even Sandy makes plain look superb. Booking the appointment ahead is easy and means my time is not spent waiting.

Clean, careful and accommodating. Will come back. Edit (2025): They changed ownership recently. The quality is not the same. I’ve gone back about 4 times since, and each time I’ve felt like they were filing my nails down way too much then saying I have weak nails and pushing me to do gel. Looking for a new place to help me maintain my previous healthy nails that only ever needed shellac.
