Very unclean, the lady at the front is SO rude and arrogant. She gives attitude and tries to scam. I came to get shellac removed, the price says $10 , so I did it, when I went to pay she said it’s $20 , $10 per hand, that’s straight up lying because your menu says $10. She made that up on the spot to scam me. I just paid it and went to another place who charges less than them. She did my nails herself once and was so rude and didn’t even check if I liked the shape and did whatever she wanted and got annoyed anytime I moved. and these people expect a tip while they gossip about you in their language (btw some people can understand what you’re speaking so be careful I do not recommend this place at all, they are not clean and they are rude
The worst place to have your nails done. They are so rude. I did my nails and the next day everything went off. I went to show them. But the manager started shouting that they do not give guarantees.. horrible attitude.
I used to go here regularly but theyre so rude I stopped. On two occasions they made me wait more than 45 minutes for my appointment. One of my appointments that they made me wait for was at 10 am and no one even opened the salon until 10:50. They dont respect your time and god forbid you complain. Just go to another place and save yourself the headache.
My mom, my sister and I WERE loyal customers for over 12 years. Based on my previous experience, because of Tina’s attitude, I don’t think we will ever be returning again. Good luck Tina!
I used to be a loyal customer at this nail salon for over a year, but unfortunately, I’ve decided to stop going due to the owner's extremely rude behavior. She yells at customers and acts as if she’s doing them a favor instead of providing a service. I was even spoken to rudely in front of other clients, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. My sister also used to come here but has since stopped for the same reason. Customer service is just as important as the service itself, and sadly, this place no longer meets that standard.
"I recently got my nails done and asked for a square shape, but unfortunately, the corners are way too sharp for my liking. It's uncomfortable, and the shape doesn't feel balanced or flattering. Additionally, the fill doesn't look as neat as I expected, and it doesn’t seem to blend properly. I was hoping for a smoother, more rounded square, but the results didn't meet my expectations."
I don’t come this salon because the behaviour is too bad manager it’s too rude I’m not coming again and I give zero reviews because It’s so disappointed that talking of it’s very very rude and bad
