I don’t usually go to nail salons, but I’m so glad I tried this one.The staff and the owner Anna were welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.My manicure turned out amazing — neat, professional, and much better than I expected. It was such a pleasant experience that I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend, even if you’re not someone who usually goes to salons.
Anna does my girlfriend’s nails and she always does a wonderful job! She takes her time and does amazing work HIGHLY RECOMMEND for you to check this place out !
Writing this review as my toe remains numb and blood dry from my visit to this salon. Beware this salon unless you want to sustain injury, be yelled at by the owner, and leave with suboptimal results. As an aside, I never write reviews. I was hesitant reading previous reviews but decided to try this salon for the second (and last time). My first experience, I noticed the owner did not have a kind demeanour, but gave her the benefit of the doubt because hey, everyone has a bad day. Little did I know, I would later be criticized and told that my business was unnecessary for raising a concern that was deemed to be "my fault". I was told that my nails were too thin, that my skin was too thin, anything that deflected the true issue, poor technical craftmanship. What completely astounded me was that the owner began to raise her voice, arguing with me in front of other customers, and was subsequently told not to return to the salon. Upon fixing of my SINGLE toenail, I was even more shocked when the tech sliced my toe with the nail file causing it to bleed, burn, and swell. AGAIN, I was told this was my fault for having "thin skin". When I attempted to pay, the owner told me she did not want my money, when I NEVER objected to pay in the first place. I have never experienced this at any other salon before, not even ones where I've had suboptimal experiences. Never EVER have I been yelled at and felt so mortified and disrespected as a customer. There are countless other salons where basic respect for customers is a given, not an impossible ask. Seems she has told others the same before (see below). Take her advice, don't come back!
I had my appointment booked, said I wanted a design and sent a picture of my design. After the refill they said I have to wait 15 minutes. Then when I wanted to pay and leave she said I didn’t say I wanted a design when I clearly did. The service was extremely unprofessional. She also left a cut on my cuticle.
Honestly, I was super satisfied with the customer service from this salon. The technician was very kind and addressed any of my concerns. My only issue is that my full set gel nails only lasted 2 weeks. Whereas, when I get them done at other places they have lasted me a little over a month. My nails all peeled off after 2 weeks, and my nail bed and corners of my nails really hurt. I don't think I will be returning despite the friendly service.
I have been going to Annah for greater then 5 years. She is amazing at what she does. She is committed to her clients and to her staff. Everyone is always so pleasant, willing to do anything you need and patient. They all do amazing nails, manicures, pedicures, designs and Waxings. I would recommend Annah and her staff to anyone.
