Jessie is such a gem! I tried gel for the first time and my manicure is absolutely stunning and still, three weeks later, absolutely perfect. Love going there for treatments. Always superior service and friendly attitudes.
The OWNER did my pedicure and it chipped after 2 days, I had to go back and get the entire pedicure redone. That's how bad it was. My redone pedicure has chipped again within 1 week. Apart from this, the way the owner treated me was completely unacceptable. She was rude and tried to be degrading as well with inappropriate comments she made about my family and our finances??? That's not normal. Do not support this business, because if anything goes wrong with your nails (it happens, especially here) the owner Jessie will try to bully you instead of making things right. They were polite but after paying 50$ for dip nails I would expect decent quality. It hasn't even been 3 days since I got my nails done and my nails are horrible. The polish is chipping and the actual dip wasn't dried properly. After one shower and doing a few dishes my nails look horrible. Would not recommend
I ask for biogell and paid for it after 2 weeks i went to onother nail salon for refills and they said this is not bio and you have to remove it and put it again the place very dirty and didn’t clean between costumes
Just so yall know the "flame grilled chicken" is actually oven cooked, and stored in a heated drawer, then tossed on the grill for about 5 min per side to get some color.
This is my second time ever doing naila professionally done. Nail Brite is welcoming from the start all the way until the end. They are very polite and easy to speak with. They focus on their work but attempt to start conversations. Would definately return. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Definately reccomend. They have deals too. EDIT - went again. being new to nails, I said shellac when it was not shellac that I wanted. they seemed busy with 1 or two workers not occupied.I felt bad, said it was my mistake. I was seated and about to be treated but they had no time for an acrylic/gel. They straight up denied me, did not offer time for later, just said no time, cannot. I could understand them in their own language. So i left. Very rude. They only want appointments and those that can bear with their demanding, biased nature.
Very poor customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T KNOW CHINESE. I ended up to this place with my 2 months old on my way to pick up my doughter. I needed my old shellac to be removed. The girl started removing the old shellac using a scrapper. No soaking nails in aceton what so ever. After she was done with the new polish, the roughness of my nails are obvious under new polish. So I complained. As usual, lack of ENGLISH became an issue. All of a sudden 4 people speaking only foriegn came to the desk checking my nails! I had to repeat myself over and over. At the end one girl who could speak some English offered me to redo all the work instead of giving back the $5 charge for removing shellac. She started removing one of my nail's polish without my permission! Then she TOLD me ( no manners) to sit and get both hands done again! I showed my 2 months old and said, cannot do! I dont have all day to sit here. She refused again to give the $5 back again. I left the place unhappy, no appology, I was completely ignored when pushing my baby's stroller out the door. Terrible attitudes. I wondered who would in her right mind spend time on a redo instead for not giving back just $5 for a very bad finish. Will never go back and will warn people about this place.
