i have been going to this salon since I was 15 getting ready for the highschool dance and i still go here at 22! they’re amazing people and wonderful nail artists!! they take such special attention and care for their clients and are really good at what they do! for 7 years i’ve genuinely never had a bad experience !! a great place to go with your girls or for a self care day! and they’ve got all the newest designs! i always go in with some insane design off of pinterest like the picture attached and they nail it everytime. 10/10 salon. ps. i do all my waxing here too and i have a low pain tolerance and they take such good care!!
First time here and wont be the late! I find my go to nails salon . The staffs are very friendly and the quality of work is excellent Definitely recommended!
I’ve been going to Glow Beauty for months now, and they never disappoint. I love how my nails turn out every time. The ladies are so friendly, understanding, and helpful. This is such a welcoming and clean environment. I love getting my nails done here!
Tracey and the girls always do an amazing job. I’ve been there for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I’ve had bio gel nails and refills and pedicures and they are always excellent.
Not the best experience. The nail tech filed quite roughly and broke skin making my pinky bleed. And the line work on the design could have been better.
Been coming here for years but off late I’m noticing my Bio-Gel nails need to be redone within 14 days. It’s not about the growth, the nails just start falling off after Day 10 and instead of a refill I have to get the entire set done again, which is obviously expensive than just refill. This place got amazing colors and had amazing service too but now it’s just poor service to get more money in.
I’m not someone to write reviews but after my experience on Saturday I can’t help myself. I have been going to glow beauty nails for a while (so does my family) and I always book with Tracy. On Saturday I did my usual, and I made an appointment with Tracy. I received a pedicure (which was fabulous) and I wanted gel nails. Tracy told me she would be using solar nails and not bio gel because I am pregnant and I’d be extra sensitive from being pregnant. I told her that I appreciated that she let me know this information. I asked her if pregnant women usually get the solar nails as I often see pregnant women with fake nails. She stated “well I don’t usually see pregnant women getting their nails done. They usually wait until they give birth to be careful” I asked a few other questions and she was quick to say “I’m not a doctor” which is absolutely fine and totally understandable. She then proceeded to ask me if I’d like to remove what she had done because after her comment she may have noticed I became anxious. Now at this point, I didn’t have any gel on my nails, I had solely the glued fake tips (prob 8 minutes of work completed). She sat back with her arms crossed appearing angry and asked “well, what are we doing?” I stated to her that it may be best to not get the fake nails. To be honest, i didn’t know what I was about experience after that statement. I totally would have gotten a manicure instead but after I asked for them to be removed Tracy’s behaviour was extremely disrespectful. I was extremely kind, acknowledged the work/time she spent on me and I was very apologetic. A few of the awful things she said to me were: it’s fine, you must be confused because you’re pregnant, you are wasting my time, if I see you calling I won’t pick up and then started speaking her language to her colleagues. The utmost classless and disgusting behaviour I have ever encountered. She then took another client that was sitting beside me while another nail tech was removing my tips. I was still apologetic and she was giving me the silent treatment. At the end of my stay, I gave her extra money for the time she spent on me, which given the way I was treated - shame on me. It’s extremely unfortunate when these things happen. I really liked her as a nail tech, but after seeing how she treats people and manages her emotions in a professional setting, I’m at a loss for words. Response to comment below from owner (Tracy): The response below proves my point with the lack of accountability and disrespectful behaviour I articulated in my review above. I guess disrespectful behaviour is justified by a clinic being too busy and a customer asking questions. I'm a bit taken aback when you mentioned you didn't charge me for you adding "tips on nails" service/removal. When I paid, I was charged 45 dollars. If you are telling me that my pedicure with regular nail polish was 45 dollars then I was over charged or the clinic needs a revamp in their pricing. I then gave you an additional 10 dollars to apologize for changing my mind. Like I said in my original comment, I acknowledged and appreciated you not giving me medical advice because you're right - you are most definitely not a doctor.
