Roby was professional, attentive, and made sure everything looked perfect. The salon environment was relaxing and welcoming, and I left feeling truly pampered. I was really disappointed with my manicure. The nail tech rushed through the service, and the result was very uneven — there are bumps and rough spots, and the finish isn’t smooth at all. It looks poorly done. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this technician to anyone, and I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously.

Staff does a good job but even if you book an appointment youre always waiting a good 20-30 mins. During my last visit a client came in for a scheduled appointment and was not even acknowledged/greeted. She mentioned she was here for app and left right away as noone even said anything to her. They need to work on the customer service
The reason I am rating so poorly is because I tried to access their website and I couldn’t read anything because it is only in Chinese! Is this salon exclusively for Chinese customers? Aren’t we in Canada where the official language is English? So unprofessional!
Horrible place, overcharged for 3 acrylics $5/tip. Finish uneven and streaky. Very unfriendly and take advantage of you. For a refill and toe color change charged $70. After 1 day the nails chipped. Dirty gloves and dirty items used. Do not go here, this is a last resort place.
