Worst customer service ever. Irene is very belligerent, rude and uncooperative. Call these people if you enjoy being condescended and hung up on when you're calmly trying to resolve a dispute. Literally had to get the police involved just to negotiate a delivery time, that is how impossible these people are.

We just moved with Perfect Moving and overall experience was very impressive. The company rep Irene was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. The movers came on time and packed the things very professionally. They were very efficient, very careful and nothing was broken. We were very pleased. No extra charges or hidden costs. For our family, this is the best moving team that weve ever worked with. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
I have used them for years. Today stole my$50,000 worth of stuff because the owners Irina and Vas demanded more $$$ without securing the truck, closing the door and without taking any of my things out of the truck. There were 7 police officers who spent over 4 hrs with the owner. He let you young child with a physical disability sit on a concrete floor for 4 hrs. He then dumps all of my furniture on the front lawn of my new place in the pouring rain and told me to move it myself after paying him $650. I have NEVER been so disgusted in my life. They are scamming people everywhere. There 2 movers took4.5 hrs to move me OUT of my 2 bdrm apt. Oh and forget about getting a copy of the contract because they don't give you one. I will be letting Global news and the media know what they did to me today and for absolutely no reason. They wanted me to pay for 8 hrs of moving when I was told by his men it would be 4 hrs. So they bolt and steal all of my things. They can guarantee a lawsuit in Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. Check withYR Police they can confirm they scam people.
