Terrible clinic, avoid! Nobody answers the phone, you cannot even leave a message, no responses to emails either - it appears nobody monitors them. Our "free" healthcare at its best :(
Dr. Derek Chu and his team were exceptional—organized, professional, and caring from start to finish. Dr. Chu was attentive, thorough, and highly professional, asking my daughter detailed questions, explaining each step of the process, and administering the tests. The tests were quick and well-organized, and he reviewed the results thoroughly with clear guidance for next steps. And the nurses were also so friendly and professional. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care my daughter received and would highly recommend Dr. Chu to anyone in need of allergy testing.
Dr. Mani Movaseghi Gargari is an outstanding family doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making you feel heard and understood during every visit. He takes the time to listen to your concerns without rushing, and his diagnoses are consistently accurate and effective. His positive and kind demeanor creates a very welcoming and comfortable environment. He's not just a doctor; he's a compassionate and supportive partner in your health journey.
I can never reach a live receptionist through phone calls. Everytime I have to resort to going to the clinic in person to book an appointment or reschedule an appointment. I think this clinic has too many practitioners but too few front line supporting staff. This is really frustrating.
#1 by far top exceptional and professional clinic there is !! Staff are awesome, with understanding/compassionate/respectful/ customer service above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!!
I did an allergy test and had to wait an hour at the hospital,it was fine I waited the hour then we had to wait for the doctor to tell us if I was fine or not just to wait a whole hour before he came, nice workers but bad wait time
Firstly the appointment did take approximately 5 months. However during this period, I did receive communication via email around 2 weeks prior to fill out an intake form along with a reminder for the date and time of appointment, as well as a day prior. I was there for allergy testing for my child. We were called in right on time. The nurse was so kind and friendly which eased the difficult part of having a young child get pricked about 30 times. We waited around 10 min before Dr. Oykhman came. He asked questions to better understand and explained thoroughly the allergies my child experienced and how we should proceed. He was very informative and answered all my questions. We were finished within 30 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. Not to discredit anyone else’s experience here, but this was ours and it was an excellent one.
