Went there on a Sunday. Was sick for 3 days. Sundays they start at 12 and close at 5 pm. I went there at 1:30. They told me they were not accepting anymore patients. Called them many times before coming but no one answered, no callbacks. So always call before going, if they don’t pickup assume they are done for the day.
I asked the staff if I could walk in and they said yes. But when I arrived, they told me I had to wait two hours. They should have told me this beforehand. It felt like they were just messing with me. Very disappointing.
We arrived at 1:30 pm on Saturday to see a doctor for our two sick children. There were only 3 people in front of us. We were admitted promptly and in half an hour Dr. Romanescu was in the room. She was very kind and professional diagnosing and prescribing and even provided written guide how to treat sore throat, cough and nasal congestion. We are very pleased from the service we received. Probably on a very busy day, it won't be like this.
The Indian lady in the reception is nice & accommodating except the other lady who looks like a Persian, extremely rude & not approachable. Doctor Hirji is such an amazing Doctor, he explained to you well the procedure…
The place looks poorly managed. I walked in and there wasn’t a proper line up with some people sitting and some standing and no clear sign of who is waiting in line and who is registered to see the doctor. I walked in and everyone got aggressive with me, because I misunderstood where the line up was. I blame the clinic for this.
It was a great experience getting vaccinated. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Since I’m 36 weeks pregnant and only there for the vaccine, she managed to shorten my wait time. The doctor was very responsible and explained the vaccine clearly. I would definitely return in the future if needed.
Called to confirm they are open and operational and was told to come in, by the time we drove there we were told that they have reached capacity and are not seeing anymore patients. This is at 3pm on a Saturday. There are very little choices for walk-in clinics in Richmondhill.
