They did such a great job with my light-colored jacket. It was a total mess when I brought it in, and I really didn’t expect it to come back this clean. All the stains were gone, the color looked fresh, and it was clear they took good care of it. Super happy with the result and would definitely come back.
I had a fantastic experience with this particular cleaner. I brought my son’s jacket to get stitched at the seams by the arm area & I was given more than a reasonable price. They had it ready in two days all while providing a great service. It was a job very well done, thank you again Mr. Kleen Master??
The worst dry cleaner ever!!!! The owners wife is very rude and impolite. My dress has white stain on it. It did not have any white stain before I bring it to the Kleen Master. It is not recommended at all.... She does not know anything about customer satisfaction and how to treat with customers.
Clothing got damaged and no apology nor refund. Instead, blame on customer??? Highly doubt about this business. One of the avoiding list that people should have.
