Great alteration place. Very reasonable price and does a great job. Owner is very honest to consult with you what can or can not be done without ruining the style or if it worths to do it. So glad to find this place!
Don't go to this store for dry cleaning!!! They will ruin your clothes.! This year early I sent two Canada Goose and one Moncler to this store to dry clean. This winter when I took them out and found that all the dry cleaning labels were stamped on the clothes directly. There were three or four labels on one piece of clothing. I don't know why there were so many labels. There were 6-8 holes on each piece of clothing! The down also leaked out.
Not a good alteration store. They ruined my Jeans when I asked to tailor my leng opening to a slim fit. They just open the out-seam and cutting the front portion on one side（not both sides, front and back）. Making my jeans look out of proportion
Visited here for washing and ironing shirts. Price is very reasonable comparing to other places. They deliver on time. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
This place used to be fair for the price they charged. The cleaning or alterations were below average but price was low so it was ok to ignore. Recently, when you walk in, the guy makes you wait until the TV he is watching in the back allows him to greet you. Same sub par service and prices have increased dramatically. Also, they have prices handwritten on the glass but when tries to charge you more than double, he gives you a sarcastic laugh and says they are from 5 years ago.
Great friendly owners, first time trying them out and got 2 suits fitted, great workmanship - would definitely come back!

I know how to talk and i know what a mess you did on my side 100% , please dont try to abuse me by telling me about my english and grammer , you already had many grammer mistake on your respond .Secend : you dont need to change the conversation at all.Thirt : if you dont do the job and you just middle party , why the F....k you promisse people the job that you cant do . Fourth: why when you charged me you were so sure to do my job and now after you mess my job you dont take responsibility ?? Now trying to play with words and talking non sence to cover your mess . Please first learn how to talk with customer , inested wasting your time in that place and charge people for nothing and after playing with words .You are responsible for your job not my money and timing + the stress that you already gave me .
If youre looking for an honest tailor who will tell you whether or not your product will look good tailored or not go here. They are so genuine about their opinion because they do not want to ruin your product. I took My suit to get tailored and they were very honest. Best tailor in Richmond hill!
