She helped me save where she could and gave me sound advice. She advised me on how to protect myself, my kids and my home. She was super patient and listened to all my sad stories, she still does! I have never met an agent that was so personal with her clients. Recently, I needed some help with another issue and she stepped up and helped me, even though it had nothing to do with insurance or my policies. I know that if something happened to me my kids wouldn't have to worry because Lucy would handle everything for them. She is very knowledgeable and has always gone the extra mile for me and my ex-husband. I will continue to highly recommend Lucy, she truly is amazing! and always a pleasure to talk to.
