I wish there was a zero star option, one star is too much.
Have been with Nick for 2 years and so far no complaints. I like the fact I can actually see and talk to my agent. Much better the the net or phone.
Bad bad experience ,manager nick, he's a ........ they can't answer your questions, keep putting you on hold to get answer from someone else's
Went in there to get home insurance & while there were numerous agents in the back laughing, they were not able to assist me in anyway to get insurance. Will be taking my business somewhere else. I hope they all get paid on commissions & not regular salaries. They're all there to have fun & not make sales!!!
CAUTION CAUTION!!!! Terrible customer service, half truths just to get your money. Find another company - you'll regret insuring with Allstate.They should change their slogan. Instead of your safe in our hand, it should read Allstate - give us your money!!
