This was by far the best service I've received in a doctor's office. The entire staff is so compassionate and supportive. I was so thankful about that. They made the experience so much more calming for someone having a colonoscopy for the first time. I would recommend this office for sure 100%. The only thing is that I wanted some questions answered the day before and could not get a hold of anyone. They did call that evening though. Thank you for such amazing and respectful service.
Dr Ginzberg is a true Gentleman and genuinely cares about his patients. I had both colonoscopy and gastroscopy. I was treated with the utmost care and respect. He takes the time to discuss any concerns prior to and after the procedures taking as much time needed and not rushing you out the door. He has a great personality too. After completion of my procedures he discussed his findings completely. Its nice to not have to wait often 2 weeks like many other clinics to get results. He treats you the same as he would if you were his own family. I personally have a lot of appreciation and respect for this man. His staff too were excellent also. They make you feel very comfortable and respected also. Honestly to others reading this review, there is absolutely nothing to fear! Thank you sir for being there for me and many Blessing to you. The clinic is well run, efficient, spotless and organized . The team that took care of my husband was caring and professional. Dr: V GInzburg is an exceptional doctor ; he cares about his patients, takes his time, explains everything. The procedure was done quickly, my husband had no pain , and the recovery went well. The entire experience was very positive.
