This company came to my house and installed and upgraded all my stairs but it makes a harsh noise and the wood keeps on moving and slipping and he promised to come and fix them if anything is wrong with them but I called several times and they didn't answer at all and lied this company is nothing but liars and scammers. I don't recommend this company at all.
Fred and his team were accommodating with scheduling and completing a great job in a timely manner. Just a note to keep in mind "confidentiality"... Nonetheless, I would recommend!
I had my floors and stairs completely redone. I am so happy with the final result and it looks like a totally different house. Can't wait to work with Fred in my next reno.
From the first call to the last day making payment Fred was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. He is a soft spoken and kind man who genuinely cares about helping people make their homes beautiful. I got several quotes and TDI came in lower than the others but the quality of their flooring options is excellent. Fred was able to schedule us the week we wanted and his team of installers arrived on time, were polite and very efficient. They took good care of our home by putting down drop clothes to cover our other floors and cleaned up at the end of both days. They installed new hardwood floors and baseboards in our second level and both look incredible. We are absolutely pleased with our decision to use TDI and will definitely be recommending them!

Fred also allowed me to take samples to my place to get a feel for the finished product to help me decide. Great Service! I bought hardwood for my house and installed it on the second floor. The owner recommended Mercier Hardwood and they had a huge selection of colours to choose from. The quality of the hardwood was excellent and the service from Fred and his installers were excellent. Needless to say the price was competitive. I shopped around and compared to other people he was the supplier and the installer and I received excellent service from TDI Design and Improvement. Thanks Fred for the beautiful floors.
