We had flooring installed in our front Living Rm and are very pleased with the results! Paul, along with his wife, removed and disposed of the existing carpeting and repaired subfloor damage (caused by our previous ill cat) and replaced baseboards. They did a wonderful job! The room is fresh and dust-free and looks great and the flooring is so easy to keep clean Thank you Paul & Nancy! We will definitely use Petra Renovation again for future flooring needs and projects.
I hired Paul to install hardwood flooring in 4 bedrooms about 4 months ago in my home. Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience: - At the beginning of the project the crew had tracked construction adhesive all over the floors, leaving glue residue on the new floors that I still cannot get rid of, and ruining our stair mats with glue stains. - Many of the flooring planks were somehow damaged during installation, with cracks visible from the surface. Even though there was much extra material available, the damaged planks were still installed into the floor. - Four months after installation the floor in one of the bedrooms has buckled, lifting up from the floor for no apparent reason. I tried to contact Paul for a solution, but he has been unresponsive. Edit: In response to below, it has been 2 months since I have tried to contact Paul and he has been unresponsive. Now he claims he was away on vacation, give me a break. I have already hired someone else to fix the problem. Thanks for nothing! Sure Paul, don't take any responsibility for your work and deny everything.
We hired Petra Renovation to install our hardwood flooring and we are more than happy with the results. We were little worried about the finishing along the tiles but Paul did an amazing job, he really took his time and the results are even better than expected. Great job and fair price, I highly recommend them! Thank you guys!

I was in need of having new laminate floor installed in my condo and Paul of Petra flooring fit the bill in more ways than one. His quotations were laid out professionally and clearly. The team was very polite and together kept an extremely functional and clean work area. The work team was also very conscientious about handling furniture movement with such care. The Laminate floor was laid efficiently and beautifully. I'm extremely pleased with the work that was done and all the care that was taken. I would not hesitate to utilize this companies services again if needed. Personnel is great. Prices were more than fair. Installation and Care was excellent.
