I went to this centre which is near my place of living , This is exactly word by word of the conversation with the lady staff working there : I said : Hello , good morning .will you kindly help me to register in a sport activity here - the staff lady : ( without saying hello or anything : if you’re not 55 you CAN NOT register (( I hadn’t said anything about my age ) and I don’t think it’s the right style to speak to a client like this )) I don’t expect such a good and professional style that the staff would say : oh , what a good decision , we do our best here to assist you … neither expect to get that bold negative answer though !!! Then I said : ok then thank you , I changed my mind . ( I would say in my heart : your bold negative answer changed my mind ) I think the managers should have a (substantial reconsideration ) about THEIR OWN( education , knowledge , supervisions and staff training ) to avoid having such unprofessional front desk staff !!!
We love going to Rouge Woods Community Centre for table tennis! The space is always clean and well-organized, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to unwind, have fun, and meet other people from the community. The vibe is always positive, and it’s become one of our favorite spots to spend time. Highly recommend if you’re into sports or just looking for a welcoming community space!
This is my favorite place for pickleball - wide baseline, excellent floor conditions and friendly staff. I also met a lots of pickleball buddies here.
Play pickleball there regularly, the space is good. I left my smart watch in the changing room in the afternoon. Luckily, the Staff Albert Wong found it in the early evening and kept it in the office. When I get back to the community center to check and met him. After checking, I got back my smart watch. Tks Albert. Edit Nov 7 2025 Played badminton there many years ago. Checked again to see the pickle ball games there. Will go there to play in future.
I would like to have your attention and support to share me summer camp supervisor, senior ,manager … to address my issue during this week , our twins joined to below week camp and every day they came upset with lots of problems and attitude and behavior from the camp staff who they mostly are high school students or very Yonge age with no experiences to dealing with kids , today my daughter nose bleeds due to other camper hard push and she has lots of pain since yesterday, the staff are very rude not supportive and lots of behavior issues …pls let me know who I need to address my concerns and who will be responsible for such a rude behaviors with small kids …. While my daughter cried they called her you are ok don’t cry , my daughter nose looks very bad and rough wood camp needs to explain ,kid name A push my daughter neck hardly and she was choking my daughter,she pushed my daughter again yesterday Aug 24th the zip line my daughter nose bleeds for 7mins is that normal , where the staff are once this unsafe stuff happening Big question mark, they are all gathering in the corner and chatting of course ,today camp staff showed me the summery that mentioned my daughter wrist also was hurt which I didn’t know that …… rough wood CC needs to respond on this immediately to hurting my daughter hardly . Sport camp variety Aug 21to 25 rough wood CC .
Have been playing sports here for over 10 years. Floor has been renovated a few years ago. Conditions of the facility good. The only complaint I have is the shower. Took a long time for the water to heat up.
I had my son's first birthday party and chose the kindergym package. It was amazing! There was more than enough space for the children. I was very happy with the staff who were friendly, patient and helpful.
