Owner and staff are friendly and communicative. Wonderful and punctual service with care to details. My car was spotless, clean and comfortable after the team carefully handled it. After the cleaning, Raymond also gave some follow up tips for maintaining the car clean, which was absolutely informative and helpful. Just had my Camry detailed by Raymond. I was getting the car detailed for my parents. When I handed the car over to raymond I already had certain places I wanted to be cleaned. all the nooks and crannies of the front dash and gear shifter area was all dusty and had build up dirt. When i got the car back I immediately spotted lots of places that were not cleaned. On top of which there were "water marks" left over from the steaming. I quoted "water marks" cause some where brown from the coffee that were spilled a while ago. I saw a piece of lead in the door pockets and dust the gear shifter. I pointed the gear shifter out and raymond said there's electronics that can't get wet. So i asked him if wiping as not a option. He wiped it afterwards in front of me and I started pointing out the water marks on the all the plastic trims and the dry dirt that's still in the floor mats. He told me how I had more than 4 floor mats and therefore that's why they aren't that cleans. I wasn't listening to the full explanation since the front two mats are the most important. again it was my parents' car so I don't know how many mat they put in the car but not thoroughly doing a clean job is not alright. THEN Raymond questioned why I keep point out the bad parts and didn't point out the good parts... (like how he removed a fingerprint on the back of the seat.)... okay. That was very immature and unprofessional. anyways I told him i'm not finding excuses to get a discount and gave him what we promised but told him for the next customer that detailing requires attention to detail. so if you're looking for a general steam cleaning this place works. but if you wants the details of the car cleaned, look else where. fairly disappointed. Would not recommend.
