I was in a rush to get my car detailed the same day, and the staff went out of their way to squeeze me in. Super accommodating and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Awesome job on cleaning our dirty car. We noticed a huge difference before and after the detailing. The valet pickup/drop off service was also super helpful. Excellent customer service, too!
I want to start by saying that two of my family members had their cars detailed and were very happy with the results! The company even agreed to honor the promo discount my family members received that was long done when I booked! My experience beyond that, was not as positive. My car came out 4 hours after I dropped it off and the floors and back seats were great! But it was very evident that the front seats had not been shampooed, the centre console looked like it hadn’t been touched and all around the door and the bottom of the seats was still very dirty. The gentleman at the front was very courteous, he took my car back to the back to have it fixed but Less then 5 min later they were back… It was still dirty, the seats were now just wet a bit but still dirty, the console and other areas remained dirty, it didn’t even smell clean? See pictures, I scraped the seat so you can see the dirt after apparently shampooing it… the color is literally brownish grey vs the back seats that looked like they had actually been shampooed . It was close to closing time so I took my car and left, but based on my experience alone I would not recommend.
Easy to get an appointment. Basic detailing with the diamond packaging, so it did not feel like a new car feeling. Avoid evening cleans, as it's hard to see/detail in the dark. The Kazmi team was friendly and supportive. I just wasn't happy with the outcome overall.
Great work! He cleaned even our windows and our decals were not even affected. The car smells so good after ages and I will be subscribing for monthly service so my car stays this clean
This was a great mothers day present! My mom and (us) were shocked at the difference the interior cleaning made. They did an amazing job and we'll be back and recommended Kazmi to others for sure
