I DO NOT recommend this butcher shop at all. I went in asking for pure fat, and he gave me five pieces of frozen bone wrapped in plastic. I had a feeling it wasn’t quite right, so I emphasized and asked him directly if it was pure fat. He confirmed, saying, ‘YES, YES, it’s pure fat.’ The reason I’m so dissatisfied is that he assured me, but it turned out to be completely the opposite. When I got home, I found only five pieces of bone with a small amount of fat around them. I’ve added a picture below.
We switched to Day meats as our family go to butcher shop over a year ago and have been very satisfied overall. The selection of meats are always fresh and the Service is top notch.

If you are looking for the best seasoned Koobideh and top quality beef, lamb, and chicken, don’t waste your time searching. I have tried premixed Koobideh from other meat shop in the past, but they are nowhere near to close to Day meat koobideh. Nevertheless, you can get top quality homemade burger meat, marinated chicken, beef, etc. You will not be disappointed, that is for sure. The shop is very clean and staff are very professional, and friendly.
I am a big fan of Kabab, and I used to buy fresh meat to make kabab for my friends when we get together. I went to the Day meat butcher shop for the first time and I surprised by the very fresh products. As a kabab lover I know that one of the secret of making a very tasty kabab is using the fresh meat. I looked around the store and I've found the store very clean and organized, so I have decided to go to this place again. The owner is very kind and friendly.
