Lamb Chops The lamb chops were tender and flavourful, coated in a rich sauce and topped with fresh green onions. The portion size was good, and the seasoning was nicely balanced without being too heavy. Very enjoyable. 2. Salted Egg Shredded Shrimp (middle picture) This was the most unique dish of the night. The shrimp were coated in a generous layer of crispy salted-egg floss, giving every bite a mix of crunch, savoury flavour, and a touch of sweetness. It’s visually impressive and tastes just as good as it looks. Definitely a signature-style dish. 3. Soy Sauce Chicken The chicken was juicy with a smooth texture, and the soy-based sauce added a deep, comforting flavour.
Amazing food and excellent service. Christine (the owner) is very accommodating and her staff is friendly, kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to host an event, big or small it’s worth every penny!!
Hosted my husband’s surprise 40th birthday here and had a great time. The owners are very accommodating and helped me plan everything last minute. We had a party of 50 and everyone had a great time and said the food was delicious. The owners were great to work with and they had really good prices compared to everyone else I inquired with. Definitely recommend!
