Lynn is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. my husband and I bought a new house and had to get all of our window coverings. She was very clear with a rough idea of price points, what would be worth an investment and what we could do design wise. She was always available via text or phone call for any of my last-minute questions and she honestly made this process so easy and smooth. Could not recommend this company enough and definitely work with Lynn!
My mom, Flavia, asked me to post this review for her: I have not even bought shades from this company, but can say I found them enormously helpful. I went to the store to find out if they could repair some shades for me, which they could not, on site. But they sent me to a location which did a remarkable job. I was even called to make sure that I was satisfied. Now that’s service! I highly recommend this place and will use them if I need blinds.

Sun Shades was so helpful with our past purchase, that I went in again today for help with a broken blind. Lynn was knowledgeable, efficient, and enthusiastic as she found a replacement bracket for me and called the repair location in Etobicoke for me to arrange for the blind to be fixed. She succinctly told me all the details that I needed to know - location, cost, options - and a few hours later I have the blinds back up in my daughter's bedroom :)
