Replaced my windows 2 years ago. Installed one screen damaged. I called multiple times for a replacement…still waiting. This customer service is poor. By your response I gather you are expecting full rate for an incomplete job? For damaged product? In what world does that make sense? There’s still no offer to replace the damaged product. ?♂️ It’s poor service. Period.
Ordered a new front door Two weeks ago. Came in the time frame they told me. Installer(Jack) was skillful and efficient in installation. Hung with precision. Door opens and closes like a dream. Great quality. Highly recommended.
We can't tell you how happy we are with The Window & Door Specialists. We just had a Large Canopy installed in our backyard. The quality of the product and work is great! Previously we had a Beautiful Aluminum Canopy installed on our front porch PLUS Windows and Doors. We had Beautiful Double front doors & easy to clean Windows throughout the house installed. We were so happy with the canopy in the front, that we wanted one in the back too. It is Great for enjoying the outdoors with some protection from sun/rain etc. We highly recommend them, they are very kind, professional, they work with your budget and give you high quality product and service.
