Great customer service. I went for a few parts to fix a watch band and to see if I could replace the scratched up crystal. The owner took the time to find the correct fitting parts and what best matched the watch & band colours. For the crystal, he inspected the watch and recommended buffing out the scratches as they weren't that deep, rather than doing a replacement which would be significantly more expensive.
Outstanding purchase of some small watch parts... really appreciated being able to buy these (the little pins that keep the strap on). Fun to visit this heritage building also. 10/10 would buy from again.
Asked for a quote on the watch. Salesmen is already assuming I need parts. When all I asked was for tuneup. Seems like, not customers service friendly people.

Terry is extremely professional and nice. Everything is done correctly and finished in a timely manner. He fixes just about anything to do with watches , like batteries ,straps, crystals and many more. I would highly recommend him.
I've been here a few times for mine and some of my friends high end watches. Terry is very knowledgeable with all watches especially Swiss Made, Since finding this place I have no need to look elsewhere for watch service.Also I have no problem recommending anyone to take their watch to them for service. Second thing is that prices are reasonable and staff is courteous most important is that they are honest.
