Ethan was fantastic at the Richmond Hill location. Super friendly, very informative and gave good, HONEST advice that made asking questions easy and comfortable. Being new to the supplements world he was patient and was able to explain everything in a way that was super easy to understand. 10/10!

Started coming here in March of 2024 as I got back into my fitness journey. The gentlemen at the front counter was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I explained the type of supplements I was looking for, as well as any dietary restrictions. 3 Months later, i've noticed incredible progress and have enjoyed all of the supplements that I was recommended. This location is my go to !
I became unable to pickup an order due to unforseen circumstances, and Dave (M.) made arrangements to send it to my home the same week, no questions asked. His kindness and empathy made all the difference to me, and with customer service like that, there's no question of where I will get my future supplements from.
