I have been reliably using VACWORKS services for YEARS. There were so many times popped into the Yonge street shop for Lorne to help me, detangle and clean the embedded fur from our beloved family dog, to needing bags…and upgrading to the amazing Camelon system. I’ve had to call in and have him trouble shoot and even book site visits. All of which were handled so professionally. I love the fact this is a small family business. Lorne, Kyle and Marlene are so very helpful and knowledgeable. It is without hesitation the I would highly recommended their services.
I called Kyle to come and diagnose my central vacuum. He showed up within 24 hours, offered me a couple of options and explained the advantages and disadvantage of each one. I decided to get a new central vacuum system, and I couldn’t be happier. The process was very efficient and the price was fair. AMAZING AND TRUSTWORTHY!!! This Richmond hill ‘vac works’ is like your Nanna- she just put the kettle on and has all your favourite snacks… The Newmarket ‘vac works’ is your friend’s creepy uncle… He won’t stop staring at you and keeps telling you about his pocket knife collection… Go to this vac works… it is far better. I had a very bad experience at a **different** location and was slightly nervous about the same thing happening, yet again here, HOWEVER I am so happy that I have found the place I will now be giving all of my vac’ business to. The man and woman that run the shop have ALWAYS been so friendly and you can just genuinely tell that they love what they do and that attitude is so infectious (really makes me want to get up and vacuum.. haha). Marlene is incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. No feelings of being swindled (an amazing change) Or taken advantage of. Will be recommending this location in Richmond hill to everyone from now on. Do yourself a favour and rely on this vac works for all of your vacuuming needs!! XoX
We've bought four vacuums from Vacworks and they've all been excellent. We tried Dyson for a while, but after three malfunctions, we decided to return to a more traditional vacuum. Recently, we were looking for a new vacuum and Marlene suggested we try Simplicity. This American brand, with its decades-long family history, is from the same company that makes Singer sewing machines, renowned for their durability. When I researched their vacuum model, I discovered numerous reviews from people who've had theirs for 15 years or more without needing any repairs. That's exactly the kind of vacuum I was looking for! Assembling this vacuum was a breeze; just attaching the handle and securing a single screw. It looks stylish, feels lightweight, and the central handle makes it easy to carry up and down the stairs. Both my wife and daughter are fans of it, and personally, I'm quite pleased that we've switched back to a corded model.
Vac works Richmond Hill is the best vacuum company out there! So professional, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. We have been going to them for many years and they are always such a pleasure to work with. Installation is always done perfectly, never any issues with products purchased, and they are always around if you have questions or need help. Highly, highly, highly recommended!
A huge thank you to Kyle at Vacworks! Our CV quit in the middle of a Reno. Kyle came out same day and took away the canister and motor to determine issue. Next day he called to explain his findings and gave us options to fix or replace. We decided on replacing and a brand new unit was installed 3 days later (just 1 business day) at a very fair price.
