Absolutely the best stocked consignment store, run efficiently and a wonderful place to shop that is so much fun to be in! The staff are ultra helpful and the overall experience is exciting.
Doesn't feel like a thrift store. Very clean no smell, great staff! Being a consignment store prices are fair. It felt like a store in a mall. It's worth a trip to Richmond Hill
Michael was super friendly and helped me out in finding the items I was interested in. Very patient and kind! I also got to trade some of my items for in store items and saved the tax which is nice. Updated review: Brought ONLY branded nice mint condition items (Ted Baker, Kate Spade, Lululemon, Aritzia, Marc Jacobs) all still had tags on and beautiful. Was offered $180 for 10+ itemsso I declined and brought them to Aurora and they offered me $320…crazy difference. They were even shocked and said I had amazing items. Folks don’t be pressured to sell here, check Aurora, great customer service and fair prices! Also heard a Chinese lady talking shit about the customers and the clothes they were bringing in mandarin. I even heard her say “I wonder if that girl (me) understands mandarin because she might’ve over heard us” ….yikes
It's been a while since I've shopped here since I live closer to Style Encore Markham, but I love shopping here from time to time. There's a decent selection of clothing and handbags and Style Encore Richmond Hill is a great store to find designer brands at low prices!
It was my first time selling some gently used clothes that no longer fit me, and Elliot was so kind and patient throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and made it all feel easy and comfortable. I really appreciated her help! Great experience!
I visited Style Encore in Richmond Hill today to sell some men's shirts, and their service was SUPERB! One individual in particular (regretfully, I didn't get their name) went above and beyond in making me feel that I was a valued customer. I will definitely visit this store again!
Twice I have gone to sell and checked Instagram first to see that they were open and buying. Twice I’ve gone and have been told they’re not buying anymore that day. The only notice has been a note on the door. Not sure the purpose of a social media account if it won’t be updated to avoid this, as I’m sure it happens more often than just the two times it happened to me
