Twelve Oaks removed a dead spruce (35 cm diameter, about 80 feet tall) from our backyard. Reasonably priced and professional. Didn’t try and upsell, like one of the other arborists we got a quote from. Peyton and Justin showed up on time, and were done in under 2 hours. Left us a neatly stacked pile of wood as requested that we could use in our outdoor fireplace.
We had an incredible experience with Peyton and his team for tree pruning and removals. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. They handled everything safely, completed the work exactly as promised, and left all sites spotless. What really impressed us was the extra care they took—without being asked, they cleaned up the leaves in our yards (front and back), leaving the areas looking better than before they arrived. Peyton and his crew did a great job removing some trees from our property, grinding the stumps and pruning some other trees. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Peyton was my main point of contact and was amazing to deal with. He was polite, professional and responsive, taking the time to answer all my questions. Twelve Oaks is the only tree service company I plan to use from now on, and I would highly recommend them.

We’ve used Twelve Oaks Tree Services three times — from removing a 100-year-old oak to trimming hedges — and every experience has been excellent. Super friendly staff, fast work, and went above and beyond cleaning up after themselves (even taking some unrelated yard waste/leaves I'd piled up before they arrived). We needed lower tree limbs removed and space made between the tree and house - the team delivered, and left us with plenty of shade still.
We had a 90 year old Norway Maple (so large it looked like an elephant upside down) that was damaged in the wind storm. We needed to have it removed and the stump removed. Wes and his team came when promised, did a tremendous job and cleaned up afterwards ( some 22 wheel barrel of chips just from the stump) and did so for the estaimated price they provided before the work was done. Just a note, I got three estimates and Wes and his team were the least expensive. I was truly amazed with the commitment to service, keeping us informed and asking permission to extend the removal of the stump due to the emergencies all over the city after the wind storm.
