This price gouging, scam business quoted me 850$ before tax for a simple 2013 f150 transmission fluid change. Drain and refill for 850$ soon it's going to be what 8500$? What an absolute joke, hope this review helps some level headed people steer clear of this way overpriced scam establishment. Do it yourself for material cost and save yourself 500$ in one hour labour. The procedure is drain, replace filter, reattach pan, and refill tranny. Who is getting paid 500$ to do that. Times have changed, owner must be hard for cash, telling his workers to add extra labor fees. Just learn to do yourself. If they quoted 450$ max or somthing Reasonable, I would have done it. Now I will just save myself the money, and learn how to do it myself, and I'll never be a customer at any mister transmission, because of that ridiculous quote. They only want people who are willing to take it from behind. Definitely not me.

Jason is patient and detail oriented. He is being nice explaining to me about the transmission problem despite that I choose not to fix it for far. The free diagnosis is professional.
Unfortunately, the owner of these locations, Jason, did not frankly. My car was more than 7 hours behind the shop, and nobody even come to it. After he told the story about the diagnostics of my car. Really shame. Maybe it is a highly professional team, but human behavior is absent. Andrew
