The parking is very poorly organized. When a train arrives at the station in the evening, you can see people running to get to their cars so that they can be among the first to leave the lot - otherwise they'll spend much more time waiting at the exits. This is a serious safety hazard, as they would often almost jump under the wheels of the passing cars just to cross the Newkirk st.And, of course, having only few trains in the morning and few more in the evening, with GO buses operating in between, is a subpar level of service.Oh, and the office opening hours are... Simply inexplicable, and inexcusable.
Need more trains leaving downtown. The earliest afternoon train is 3:10 and then not until 4:30. I think its ridiculous. Add in a 3:30 and 4pm train at least. Bad enough we have to wait 30 min for the next train if you miss yours. Lakeshore line has trains every 15 min. We are the forgotten ones. Also, people are not going to walk south to major Mack or north to the lights to cross the street so do something about it or someone is going to get killed. How about a crosswalk? Other than the 2 issues above Im quite happy with the Richmond Hill GO.
Always clean and tidy. Lots of free parking spaces for cars. Parking spaces for bikes would be nice in non-snowing seasons.

Parking at this station is terrible. The lot close to the platform has more than half of the parkings as preferred. You would be lucky to get the non-preferred parkings if you come early or near weekends or holidays. Getting out of this lot in the evening is the major issue because all exits to the Newkirk Rd are stop signs only. Any traffic trying to turn left would be congested as the road jam up. A lot of people rush to their cars and get out as soon as the train opens the doors. Quite scary to see some cars already started and are rushing to the exits while other people are just running to their cars in the same paths.
