Worst experience. They have no clue what's going on. They have no manager bunch of kids trying to run a tire shop. I went in made appointment no one got back to me and when I followed up no one knows what's going on. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION at Yonge and Elgin Mills. You will be disappointed.
Amazing service completed by amazingly kind and polite staff. I popped in this morning for a tire repair, they completed the job in about 40 minutes, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Kal Tire in Richmond Hill.
My experience at Kal Tire with Trikesh and his team was first rate and gave me confidence in driving my vehicle again. After numerous visits to a dealership and unnecessary charges only to be told that it was an after market part that was the issue and they could not resolve it. Strangely enough the technician at Kal Tire took the time to troubleshoot and find the problem which wasn't due to after market parts. Thank you again the staff at Kal Tire.
They are so quick to take in our vehicles and fix them. They don’t give you the run around like the dealers. Every time, they take our cars in right away, give us a quick quote, and I totally trust that they only fix what needs fixing, giving us options. I’m glad to have found a reliable mechanic shop close to home.
Nothing less than a five-star rating for today! Had some unexpected (but not so much) extra brake work that needed to be done. Treated like a valued customer the whole time and then some for having to wait it out outside (for distancing purposes, understandable!), which I didn’t mind if it means keeping these guys working for those who need it. Jennifer and the team definitely have a continued customer here! Their service is why I make the extra drive to this location.
wherever Jennifer goes, that's where we will do our business. my company and employees, have been going to Kal Tire for several years now and will not take our business else where. Jennifer overlooked our entire fleet of very high end vehicles, she found not only the best price, but got the job done, within hours. She went as far as picking up tires from another location in rush hour traffic. This company also has a great selection of very high-end tires with reasonable priced tags attached.
Based on my recent experience, they don’t even deserve one star. I bought 2 groupons for oil change services at this location, I used one, the other expired. According to groupon, the value I paid never expires, when I visited a few days ago and tried to use the value I paid to pay for the service, the guy did not allow me to use it, and he told me he worked for a different company. It’s the same place with the same sign, and the same guy. At last, he became mad and told me to leave and never come back. For sure, I would never go back to the same store. And they still owe me money, because the value I paid before is more than the cost of the service I got.
