I got a tiny money payment been reported to credit bureau without any notification like email, mail and SMS JUST because not using their services and closing the Telus account. Lost lots of credits even not my fault and Telus doesn’t help any out. Not recommending considering the Telus at all, coz you must be regret.
Changing service provider due to 3G shutting down and my device is not on Fido's VoLTE's whitelist and they want me to upgrade my device, however, my device is VoLTE compatible with Telus network, so I switched over to using Koodo. Customer service Elaine is very patient and helpful with my transition over. Many thanks.
