Knowledgeable, practical and helpful staff. The administrator is friendly and helpful as well. They have a vast repertoire of staff - a doctor, physio, massage therapist etc so you can have a wide team to help with your sport injury recovery.
Out of all the clinics I've been to, this is by far been the best experience. They have options that many clinics don't have and the people are great, they generally care. Reception is on top of their game, and the therapists are willing to give extra support. Props to Dr. Lum as well.
Closed their downtown office, didn't bother telling anyone. I went there for over a decade, now I have to scramble to re-book my appointments elsewhere. They couldn't even bother to advise us.
