I would not recommend this club. The coaching staff lacks experience and consistency, with frequent turnover. As a result, players are not taught fundamental skills and the teams consistently struggle in competition. While the club may present well from the outside, the quality of training and organization does not match the image. I would advise parents to consider other clubs that provide stronger coaching, better player development, and a more professional environment.
I absolutely do not recommend this club to anyone. Stay away. The coaches are inexperienced and lack proper training. There is no sense of professionalism, and disrespect toward the kids is, unfortunately, very common. There is also a concerning level of psychological manipulation, and the staff shows no real support for players or their families. They do not stand by the commitments made at the time of registration, and overall, the environment is not one I would trust for any child’s development — emotionally or athletically. And worst of all, they don’t set any limits on player registration. They only care about money and register players beyond capacity. As a result there aren't enough playing opportunities, and many talented players end up sitting on the bench because of the excessive number of players."

My team and I play in the co-ed league and although it has not been without glitches just like anything else in life, Ryan Penkarski, the coordinator for the program is great! It is evident that he is passionate about what he does, tries to help out every team any way he can to succeed & enjoy the game. He is very responsive and kind. We are grateful that he is in charge of this program. He makes a difference & impacts our experience playing and competing in the sport we love.
Poor management. They could sign your son for a team they promised, and then kicked your son out to a lower league team before the season start. Their coaches would tell you either played with lower league with game time or stayed with the original team with zero play time. My son got noway out since other teams already signed players.
Unfortunately, I have to write about what a terrible experience I had recently. We have been with this club for over 6 years and recently they have a new Vice President and he has made my 8 year old not only not be able to participate in soccer which happens to be her favorite sport but also make recommendations on how to not allow my young girl to play this season because of his “recommendation” to the board. I have always had a positive experience until now. I am very displeased with how this club has handled situations with my child and very disappointed in the leadership and their actions.
This is an organization that cares about the players, has great facilities available all year round, and has a proven track record of player development and success! Highly recommended club.
