Outstanding Customer Service! Solo Small Engines is my go-to place for all my snowblower and lawnmower repairs. Their customer service is truly exceptional! During a recent snowstorm, I needed a replacement belt for my snowblower, but they had just run out. Instead of turning me away, they went above and beyond—removing a belt from a display machine and giving it to me at no cost, understanding the urgency of clearing snow during the storm. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. Highly recommend them for all your small engine repair needs!
Avoid at all costs!! This place is run by dumb and dumber. Work not done on time, work not done properly, and very rude.They are a joke being in this business. You are better off going to Newmarket Mower or Thornhill Lawn.
