I received a call from them. Said they got a referral and I could make an appointment next week. No context. No greeting. I then asked what it was concerning she only knew the medical center. I then informed her I had my issue treated in emergency. She practically hung up on me. That's a clinic that really does get under your skin. Stay away. I do feel better after seeing the copious number of similar reviews from people on here.
I don't understand why I have to sit through a recording of the various options that do not apply to me when I simply want to talk to a person. I don't want the address or phone number, and no I am not having an emergency, and I highly doubt your menu has changed. I just want to talk to a human. There is a reason why people call their medical practitioners. It's because we want to book an appointment or ask a question. If we need all that other information we can be directed to go online. This is terrible client service. You need do better, and just have a team answering the phone.
Dr. Monica Wyneki was great, very friendly and ontime. Front desk staff not friendly and acts as though you are bothering them when checking-in and booking FOU appts. Pretty disappointing. Probably won’t go back unless medically necessary because of the front desks unnecessarily negative and rude attitude.
I went to Dr B to have a small procedure done. She got right to the issue and told me exactly what she was going to do, how long it would take, and shared a funny story while doing it. I found her to be polite with a dry sense of humour. It's been a few weeks and there's no scar in my neck!
Worst dermatology clinic - I do NOT recommend Dr. Corbo. I had an extremely disappointing experience here. Dr. Corbo does not perform a thorough evaluation at all and severely lacks professionalism. He barely asks any questions during the appointment and quickly prescribes creams that make little to no sense for the issue since he does not even examine the skin. It felt rushed, impersonal, and extremely careless. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who will actually listen, assess properly, and provide quality care, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. UPDATE: I’m disappointed by this response, as nothing in my review was “misleading” or “slanderous.” I did not omit any “critical details,” and it is extremely unprofessional to accuse a patient of dishonesty rather than address legitimate concerns about their experience. Everything I described was accurate to what occurred during my appointment - the lack of examination, the rushed approach, and the dismissive/unprofessional manner. It’s unfortunate that instead of reflecting on patient feedback, the clinic chooses to respond this way. I have never left a negative Google review before, and I only did so here because the quality of care was genuinely concerning and I believe patients deserve to be warned before wasting their time with this doctor. I stand by every word. Best of luck to you as well.
My third visit. Front staff are very efficient and welcoming. Third time seeing Dr. Akerke Baibergenova and I am thankful for her direct approach! Problem / Reaction / solution. Quick, calculated and all business. Very friendly to discuss details - just be prepared and expect the truth from her extensive experience. I am grateful that we have access to an experienced medical professional. An excellent appointment again!! A+.
Dr. Baibergenova and her nurse are very nice, professional, and cautious. I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and had a great experience when they removed skin tags from my eye area.
