The wedding cards were off center for a lot of them and some had lines on them, the seating chart board had dents in them when given to us, and they were slightly rude when telling us the board was available did not have time to reprint for the wedding would not recommend For the wedding card print job, we asked if the file we provided was the correct format they require as to avoid issues like this

WORST supplier ever. I tried to call them for a request, they said no without letting me know why. When I called them back to understand why they couldn't help me, they responded aggressively and hung up on me. I have never worked with such a unprofessional supplier

Firouz at Print4U has been printing my marketing materials for the past 6 months and the quality of his work and high calibre customer service is refreshing. I don't really know paper stock quality and names, and so it's difficult for me to sometime explain the type of paper I want for a flyer. Firouz calls me to clarify and explain the types of paper and what he feels I'll be very happy with in the end. He's always right! I finally toured his Richmond Hill location the other day and I left with samples of paper stock with descriptions that he wrote on them so I would always know what I needed to reference when placing future orders. That's customer service!
