This is a little shopping area under a hotel tower. Lots of little independent boutiques and shops, along with some professional offices. I mostly go for the food court. Its very clean and the shop owners are friendly, but it's not very busy. Several vacant storefronts.

It's a nice place, but traffic inside has been kind of slow over the past two decades.
