The people there are not friendly at all. They do not want to service customer just chat among themselves. UPS store near by is a much better choice for Amazon returns etc.
I’m giving this place 1 star because their prices for printing and other services are way too high. I expected a reasonable cost, but they charge way more than other places for the same service.
I was out of town and my parcel got delivered to this location. I called to express my gratitude but the owner was extremely rude, unfriendly and hung up on me while I was still talking. I had no idea that he didn’t accept deliveries from certain Service Providers. He kept asking if I have a paid mailbox at his location which I didn’t and that made him furious. I even apologized but that only made him more angry. So much for Customer Service. I went to pick up my item today, Monday, since this location was closed for the weekend and found out this rude owner has sent my package back to the sender without my consent or any forewarning. I needed the item for a family event and now because of this one person, I will not get this on time. How can such people be allowed to operate a business? This location needs to be shut down. This man doesn’t know Karma will get him back. To help others is basic humanity but unfortunately people like this man are pure evil.
I've done multiple Amazon returns here in the past. The owner is quite dismissive and uncaring but he'll just direct you to drop the return on a desk and you're free to go about your day. Fast and easy but the employee working there definitely isn't getting an A in customer service.
Stopped by the location at Bayview and Major Mackenzie in Richmond Hill. The man behind the counter (the owner perhaps) was really rude and not courteous. The young girl that he is training is courteous and respectful, wish she can train her boss on how to communicate with people better
Dropped three packages off over a week ago...returns to Amazon. Two were received and credited...one (a children's toy) does not even show in transit or received for credit. How does this happen if they were all dropped off at the same time and why wont anyone answer my email inquiry. Will not use this location again....
I would say a GREAT THANK U !! to the staff Molwod and your service. I had a parcel from FedEx but shift hours overlapped with yours completely. The gorgeous lady waited me for 10 more minutes after her shift ends at 6pm. Here is a convenient place to receive your parcel. Recommend you to select here as redirecting location.
