We tried to phone in an order 2 steak and fries which is in the menu and we see pictures in Google review. They kept telling us they don’t have it. But it’s clearly on the menu. We ended up cancelling our order. If you no longer serve the 2 steaks and fries I suggest you remove it from the website.
Small spot but absolutely worth it! The shawarma is fresh, flavorful, and portions are generous. Prices are very fair for the quality. A hidden gem. highly recommend!
I had a very unpleasant experience here today. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap, but no one asked me what I wanted inside. The kitchen is closed off, so I couldn’t see how the food was prepared. When my wrap was ready in just two minutes, I leaned slightly to look inside the kitchen and noticed that the chicken on the rotisserie looked like it was from yesterday. The employee didn’t cut fresh meat from the shawarma — instead, I heard the sound of something being reheated inside, out of sight. This is unacceptable. On top of that, the wrap was full of chicken skin, which made it almost inedible. I ended up throwing it away. If the chicken is from the previous day, it should be thrown out — not served to customers. This clearly shows they are reusing old food, which is both unhygienic and unsafe. I will also be filing an official complaint, because this is not how food should be prepared or served.
I asked for just lettuce and cucumbers in my wrap and she messed it up twice…. I repeated myself constantly and they messed up my order twice…. At this point I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund.. waste of time and money
I have been here couple of times with my friends. Their chicken shawarma plate is great especially with the hot sauce they have i think homemade. Today I met Naz she is so gorgeous and best at serving as well. Love to come back here if I had to everyday. Everything has been served on point. But to mention dining area is little bit small and little bit hot in summer times
My experience at this place was deeply disappointing. The chicken shawarma wrap was cross-contaminated with lamb, making it inedible for my girlfriend, who dislikes lamb. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot, casting doubt on proper food storage conditions. Worst of all, I was overcharged—$13.99 per wrap instead of the advertised $10.99. Initially, I assumed it was a mistake, as $13.99 matches a plated meal, but the staff’s reaction and similar online reviews suggest otherwise. While the owner may offer apologies, these issues are unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
I have ate all Toronto. Real shawerma is my new place now every day. Price is very good, quality is amazing and all of their foods are large portions. I recommend this place to all shawerma lovers. Dont miss it out
