They just send you a random item without even contacting you because it's out of stock, and when you contact them about the wrong item, they'll apologize, but completely ghost you for weeks instead of taking responsibility. This is the second time this happened to me. I'm never ordering from them ever again. Wouldn't recommend.
A horrible experience with Ocean Miracle. Ordered oysters for a 6 pm delivery for our party, and instead, they gave me a late email informing us they couldn't make it and would deliver the next day. They offered zero solutions and didn’t even think to inform us sooner. The whole evening was a disaster because of them—friends came for oysters, and there were none. Ocean Miracle has shown they cannot be trusted for any important occasion. Unprofessional and careless.
Do not trust Ocean Miracle with your plans. They completely failed us. I was supposed to get 2 cases of oysters at 6 pm today, and they informed me at the last minute that they 'couldn’t make it' and would deliver tomorrow instead. No earlier notice, no attempt to fix it, nothing. Our friends left, and we had an 'oyster' party without oysters. This kind of service is a disgrace—never again.
Ocean Miracle completely ruined our oyster party. I ordered 2 cases of oysters for a 6 pm delivery, which they confirmed. Then, at the last minute, I got a lousy email saying the oysters would come tomorrow morning instead. They should have informed us earlier or found an alternate way to deliver on time, but instead, they chose the lazy option. Our friends came, but there were no oysters—thanks to their incompetence. Ocean Miracle clearly doesn’t care about its customers or keeping its promises. One star is far too generous for this disaster.
I tried the bacon wrapped beef tenderloin and salmon sashimi fillet from here. The beef tenderloin was very delicious, not fatty but tender and juicy nonetheless. The salmon sashimi was good but big, so I would recommend ordering it if you’re having people over or if you can freeze the rest safely. Pickup was quick and smooth.

I have been ordering from them for a few years and they never disappoint. My son requested Waygu Tomahawk and lobster for his 11th Birthday and thats what he got!
