The best private school north of downtown TO! Our daughter started there at age 2.5 and is now at the TMS high school on Elgin Mills. The Montessori at TMS is true and authentic and I think they have the best Montessori teachers. Also the Montessori learning prepares the students for the IB program so perfectly. All the study and focusing skills my daughter learned in Montessori eased her into IB. Plus in the high school there is so much support for the students its incredible! I know there are rumours out there that TMS Bayview is too close to the hydro lines etc but its just misinformed rumours. Weve been there for over 12 years and there have been ZERO cases of TMS students getting sick from the hydro lines. In fact, the Bayview campus has been in that location since 1964 and ZERO cases since 1964. We love the school!
TMS school encourages their students to rise above the top in academics and provides a great place to make friendships and connections. It is an open and comfortable environment for everyone, thus allowing there to be such amazing teachers and opportunities for students to get the help they need. Overall it is a tremendous school, allowing students to prosper and prepare them for further and higher learning.
