Awful , made a review and they have took it down but Monday I went in to only get treated rudely after returning with a rock hard bun , to just get another bun from the freezer thought they were suppose to be "fresh" it was around 2 pm and both the young girls were rude and ingnorant and I have notice all of there 5 stars reviews are friends or family.. be careful

Had an awesome experience at this Subway! Everything was fresh, the place was super clean, and the service was quick. Special shoutout to Smit — he was really friendly, professional, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to see someone take that much care with each order. Definitely one of the best Subways I’ve been to!

The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at Subway in my life. Enter at your own risk. There are other better locations on Yonge Street within 5 mins. This location has a sign that says 8am opening time. They don’t open until 8:30am and instead of being apologetic, the guy immediately said to me “Google says 8:30 ma’am” — great, thanks, how about you change your sign?!?! I kindly pointed out that it would be great if they had an accurate sign. He went on about how “they”, meaning corporate, wants them to open at 8am but it doesn’t make sense and blah blah. Just defensive. A simple, “totally agree we need a sign, sorry for any trouble” would’ve been fine. The guy let me in at 8:30 but absolutely nothing was out. He had to bring all the toppings from the back and had me waiting. So the 8:30 opening time that you are so proud to advertise on Google is for what then You weren’t ready to serve customers at 8:30am; period. Then I asked about using an offer which did not say online only, it said “at participating restaurants”, but he’s telling me it’s only online. Fine, I go to my app to do it while standing there - it says “turkey not available at this location”. I tell the guy this is what the app says but again, zero compassion or understanding and did not offer any solution or alternative. He just kept repeating that they do have all the meats. I asked if he could honour the discount then, he said no. I had to come up with an idea myself. So, I asked if I could order a different sub on the app and then just have him make me turkey instead. He accommodated this but, why was there no customer service to begin with? The staff should be able to make a simple suggestion or let me know what options I had or if I had no option at all. Just plain unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favour and find another Subway or go across the road to Longo’s for better sandwiches.

Absolutely disappointed with my recent online order via the Subway app. I ordered one footlong and one 6-inch sandwich, both toasted and grilled, with clear instructions for veggies and extra sauces. What I received was a mess. Both sandwiches had the same sparse amount of vegetables, completely ignoring the size difference. Despite selecting extra sauces, the quantity was barely average and unevenly spread. Worst of all, the sandwiches were over-grilled to the point of being burnt and flattened, resembling a soggy flatbread pizza more than a sub. The photos speak for themselves: poorly layered, sloppy presentation, and excessive grilling ruined the texture and flavor. This is far below the standard I expect from Subway. Not ordering from this location again.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Placed an order through the online app, location never received it, and despite me showing them my card was charged, it was affiliated with their store and my actual order itself, they wouldn’t provide me with my order. Owners first words to me are “that’s your problem!” Truly rude and inappropriate. So now with no food in hand, I try to dispute this credit card situation. As I try calling the credit card company from the Subway store, the owner continues to rudely talk loudly over to me, despite me saying I am on the phone, now’s not a good time to talk. After continued interruptions I have to be firm and tell him to stop talking to me. Owner says this happens “all the time”, so don’t order online here!!! It’s too bad the owner’s attitude was not recently renovated alongside the restaurant itself. Stay away! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Have been going to this Subway since it opened. Through elementary school, highschool and University. It is honestly unrecognizable now. Shrinkflation is a real thing here. I picked up a sub the other day for the first time in months and I was surprised at how light the bag was. Stingy portion.

This subway always has delicious fresh baked bread in various varieties.Gentlemen at the counter was fast and accurate.I really appreciate this Subway location for their healthy choices and consistency of food and service☺️
