This is only about about the gym can’t tell you about the rest because I don’t know but the gym is not to big for most people so if anything I would not recommend it
Super disappointed on our experience as the front staff seemed nice and the maintenance who Let us see the space was accommodating. We had a baby shower here over the summer and it was a horrible experience. The maintenance on duty this time was very rude even turned off the AC early so we lost an hour of the time we booked since it got too hot. We also had an incident where he noticed someone nursing their baby in the storage room and instead of apologizing, he flung and propped the doors open. I brought the experience up with the coordinator who helped us book and she ghosted us. We would rather pay extra at a different region/municipality than ever rent with Richmond Hill again.
The pool water is much colder than other community center pool. Both of my kids got fever and diarrhea after swimming in this pool. Doctor says it's very likely they got viral infection from the pool.
Water in a pool cold. Change room dirty and cold. Cold air blow from the ceiling. Washrooms 4, and only 2 working. In open washroom no hooks for hanging. Hair dryer working in a very strange way every 30 sec on and off. It would be better if some lockers give opportunity to put on own lock. Now to lock you have to pay with coins.
Located in the heart of Richmond Hill, this community center offers a host of recreational facilities. Youngsters train here for competitive swimming, lifeguarding courses, besides team sports like basketball and volleyball.
There's a lot here and in the summer there's a lot going on so it can be a high traffic area. Other times it can be quiet and peaceful and you can enjoy any sport you are into.
Change rooms are a disaster during swimming classes...no baby diaper change table in men's change room...just a terrible setup with 4 shower heads to serve over 20 kids when classes end or start. Updated October 21st To whom it may concern. This has been an ongoing issues since the start of the Fall 2019 swimming programs for classes which I attend with my son on Sunday mornings from 11:00 am to 11:30 AM. This past Sunday (October 20th) after the completion of his class at 11:30, we waited for 20 mins before a shower head became available. Then another 10 mins for the bench in the Men's room to become clear enough to have me put him down on the bench to change him. This has not been an issue in the past as I have been coming to these facilities for almost 6 years now, but it seems that this time slot is causing an unexpected log jam.
