No help and scammers at this location. Was asked if I wanted to advertise with them in their advertising magazine that goes out once a year. I paid them for the year but they never mentioned anything about canceling after the year. Received a $300 invoice that they demanded me to pay or it would be sent to collections. Went back to this location to discuss and hopefully rectify the issue, the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about. Asked her to contact the 2 women that originally signed me up? She still had no clue on what I was talking about. Asked to speak to the manager, he refused to speak to me and was on the phone with the receptionist telling her what to say to me! The receptionist stated that the 2 women that signed me up were not a part of Remax? I asked why they allowed them to use their facilities to sign people up, and to misrepresent them selves as remax employs? Left the office and called an Alex head manager of the Richmond hills offices. I explains that he had people misrepresenting themselves as remax workers using his office as if it were theres. He says that they shouldnt of and he would contact the office that I originally signed at to discuss this matter. He says he cannot do anything for me and to do whatever I wished. This company and workers care nothing about customers or customer service. I feel scammed and very upset with this organization. Thank you,Nick
