C.P. Has Swim Line Always Wonderful Schedules For Seniors & Special Time Only For Women What A Beautiful Place It Is Enjoying Early Morning For Swimming♀️
Ongoing issue.. front desk staffs(not all) are on their personal cellphone— anyone can walk in and out— no problem. Maybe rethink about safety of patrons there.. what a joke!
I took ice skating lessons for beginners at Centennial Community Centre. The instructors were very good, however, two of them stood out: “Kitty”, and “Prashan”. They were very patient, caring, compassionate and very creative in their instructions. I felt confident getting on ice and letting go of the boards. They literally took my hands and walked me through the steps and listened to my concerns. I was very lucky to have the chance to work with these two wonderful instructors.
If I could give this zero stars, I could. I can't believe a public staff with the position as a supervisor would show extreme disrespect. My son was so excited for his first day for Swimmer 2. He has had some previous Swimmer 1 classes that he failed, however he passed his most recent and was ecstatic. Today, in the swimming pool, not even 5 to 10 minutes into the lesson, a supervisor named Ethan called my husband through the window. He was arrogant, disrespectful and acted super immature. My husband told him to let my son swim the finishing class since he was shivering cold as he was not allowed to join the class at all. Ethan refused to let my kid join and said his skills didn't qualify for this level. He straight up assumed my son DID NOT pass Swimmer 1. Just like that. Straight up. He held up an Ipad saying my son did not pass. He mentioned that "it's not safe for two different levels to be in the same class with one instructor." (it was a semi-private class. My son passed, and I have evidence. My husband couldn't check with the files since I was the one who registered for them, so my husband wrote an email and get some information from the managers and higher positions of that supervisor Ethan. By the time my husband called me I checked the files, and it wrote clearly my son had passed so I sent my husband the screenshot to show as proof in the email. Ethan's attitude and behavior was so disrespectful. I feel so bad for my son he had to hear it with his own ears that his skills weren't enough to be in Swimmer 2. Ethan was extremely inconsiderate. I don't even know about the overall programs, but some of the staff specifically the Supervisor Ethan left the worst impression of this pool.
Wheel chair accessible to get into into the facility. Though, the washroom doors are not. I’ve had to help a couple of people over time get in to and out of the washroom. Would recommend an automated door…
Wish the change room had more privacy with private areas to change and private shower areas also the water is so cold a heated pool would be great! That’s why I’m giving 4 stars
