Walked in immediately after a Dr appointment with my minor daughter for an ultrasound l. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. In and out within 15 minutes even with no appointment. Highly recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this clinic since I moved to Richmond Hill area. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend anyone who needs their services done here.

I had a good experience at this clinic. The staff were welcoming and professional. The ultrasound technician (Dr Nadia) is incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the scan. She is the best☺️. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone needing ultrasound services.

A few days ago, I went to Richmond Hill Diagnostic Center for an internal ultrasound. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant, and I feel it is important to share it. First, despite the extremely hot weather (34°C), the air conditioning was not working, and there was not even a fan to help patients stay cool. Everyone had to wait in very uncomfortable and unsuitable conditions. When I was called into the examination room, I asked the nurse for a gown to wear while waiting. Shockingly, I was told that no gowns were available. I then requested at least a disposable paper sheet to cover myself, but again, I was told there was none. Instead, the nurse handed me a wrinkled cloth — the kind usually used for cleaning kitchen counters — and suggested I use it to cover myself. This was neither appropriate for a patient nor acceptable in a medical environment. After I objected, she finally brought me a gown from another room, but it was wrinkled, and I had no confidence that it was clean or properly sanitized. I even questioned if it had been taken from a basket of soiled gowns used by other patients. This situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe regarding the hygiene, professionalism, and management standards of this center. In the end, I felt compelled to report the matter to the Ministry of Health. I am sharing this experience so that others are aware before visiting this facility. Overall, I am not at all satisfied with the services or management of this center.

The staff and manager are very responsible, persistent, and polite. I have never seen a place in Toronto where our problem was solved so quickly, but here it was a great and different experience, great.

I came to have my KUB X-ray Shivam was very professional he knows how to Handel patients and the way he communicates I was just astonished he is so professional recommending this clinic highly !! This type of healthcare workers are needed in Canada

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The ultrasound technician, Nadia, was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I had difficulty understanding her due to her accent, and instead of being patient or trying to communicate more clearly, she was dismissive and condescending. This made me feel unwelcome. I expect better professionalism and respect from healthcare providers.
